These NVICP settlements are a only small percentage of the reports filed to the Vaccination Adverse Event Reporting System, which in and of itself is estimated to represent only about 1% of all adverse reactions including death. Knowingly filing a false VAERS report is a violation of Federal law punishable by fine and imprisonment.
Healthcare providers are required by law to report to VAERS any adverse event listed in the VAERS Table of Reportable Events Following Vaccination that occurs within the specified time period after vaccinations, and/or an adverse event listed by the vaccine manufacturer as a contraindication to further doses of the vaccine. Healthcare providers are strongly encouraged to report to VAERS any adverse event that occurs after the administration of a vaccine licensed in the United States, whether it is or is not clear that a vaccine caused the adverse event, and/or vaccine administration errors.

In order to make an informed decision based on calculated risks and potential benefits of these injections, one must be informed. This decision is a personal one for many reasons, and it is protected health information.
The moment we begin mandating what another person chooses to put on/in or takes off/out of their body, especially after the history of government funded human experimentation, we begin down a slippery slope.
