Fight for Our Children!

This morning was the first day back to school for some kids. Our daughter who would be going into 2nd grade this year was denied access to her education because as her parents, we refuse to force her to wear a mask.

We have seen numerous reports on the masks studies that have been done providing evidence to show how unhealthy it is for them and how ineffective they are.

We saw first hand last year when we did comply and had her wearing a mask so that she could be in school and she would come home time and time again with symptoms of headaches, sore throat, and feeling lightheaded. After being home for a while those symptoms would lessen and then be gone only to return the next day when she came home from school again.

How is it possible that the governor has the right to let someone else decide what the rules are whether someone should be wearing a mask or not? Isn't that just someone's opinion and their opinion can override our child's right to free education if we disagree with their opinion?

This is not about safety, it has been proven that masks don't work. I realize some of you reading this will say that they do but it says right on the box that it does not protect against the virus. Also a mask is considered a medical device, therefore if you choose to wear one you are encouraged to go to the doctors so that they can do proper testing to make sure that it is safe for you to wear one. Instead the school system is doing the opposite and saying that you need to wear a mask unless you get a doctors note saying that you don't have to.

We pay a school tax for our children to go to school to be educated.

We are now being told that if we don't send her we will be truant......really?

How can we be truant if we are trying to send her and we are being denied access to the school?

Why does our concern for our child's health have no voice over someone who has an opinion about wearing a mask?
