Vermont Tribunal for Justice Summary

On September. 12 - 13, 2020, citizens of Vermont held an evidentiary hearing. The jury was presented with the question:

Is the Vermont government operating as a de facto or de jure government?

Shyloh B. interviewed Sherm for a summary of the hearing. See the website menu on our home page for a link to the first of the 9 part video series which covers the hearing.

Here, Sherm tells us a Bit about why the tribunal was held and what purpose it serves. I urge you to watch the coverage of the hearing to learn some of the history of Vermont’s government and how we got to where we are today. Then, you can even decide for yourself if you believe it is acting as a de facto or de jure government.
